Due to the chloride ion (Cl -) in industrial and domestic water, metal hot water vessels are always in the corrosive environment containing Cl - water below 80 ℃ all the year round, which is easy to occur local corrosion and limit its service life. Compared with uniform corrosion (chemical corrosion), local corrosion (electrochemical corrosion) is much faster and more dangerous, which often leads to leakage failure. In the water medium containing Cl -, the weak link of corrosion of stainless steel water tank is the welding zone. Due to the high temperature heating in this area, the microstructure and properties are deteriorated, and the corrosion resistance is also reduced.

Stainless steel water tank Generally, the material is Cr stainless steel, and the corrosion and leakage of the welding parts of the water tank are common due to the lack of nickel in the material. The traditional repair welding method is more difficult, and the influence of thermal stress may cause greater damage; brushing epoxy corrosion-resistant materials may lead to cracking, peeling and other phenomena due to the influence of surface adhesion and expansion coefficient. In 2013, polymer composites were the most effective methods, and the application of meijiahua series was more mature. According to different equipment, different operation status, different corrosion leakage forms, the corresponding technical products can quickly, simply and effectively protect the equipment. Especially due to the comprehensive performance of polymer composite materials such as chemical corrosion resistance and adhesion performance, the adverse effects of traditional repair welding repair and traditional corrosion-resistant material protection are avoided, and the repaired equipment life is prolonged Even more than the new equipment, fundamentally solve the cause of corrosion and leakage, help enterprises improve the level of equipment management, reduce maintenance costs, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.

Operation steps:

Surface treatment: firstly, use angle grinder to clean the scale on the surface of water leakage part, and then clean the surface with electric mill at right angle weld position, carefully clean the surface with sandpaper to expose the primary metal color, and then thoroughly clean the surface with anhydrous ethanol.

Blending material: mix 1321 material in the proportion of 3:1 and stir until there is no color difference.

Coating material: brush the adjusted 1321 material to protect the weld area, and then use 1321 material for large-scale anti-corrosion protection.

Curing time: 24 hours / 24 ℃ (material temperature). When the temperature of the material is increased by 11 ℃, the curing time will be shortened by half, but the rising temperature shall not exceed the bearing temperature of the material.


Testing

The stainless steel water tank foundation can adopt concrete strip beam, I-beam or "C" channel steel. The top corner of the stainless steel water tank is equipped with a ventilation air filtering device. The specification and quantity of the device are determined by the manufacturer according to the import size. Tie bars are used inside the stainless steel water tank. All nozzle flanges are 1.0MPa standard flange. Designers should refer to GB 17051-1997 sanitary code for secondary water supply facilities when arranging the water tank position. When the specification and technical parameters or orientation of the water tank are not suitable for the actual use, the designer of the stainless steel water tank shall propose and determine it according to the actual needs.


1. The stainless steel water tank was filled with water, and no leakage was found in 48 hours;

2. Whether there is water leakage at the pipe joints, valves and related accessories;

3. Observe whether the water supply system operates normally;

4. Check whether the water disinfection system works normally.

1. Close the inlet valve and open the drain outlet valve to drain the water in the water tank;

2. Access to water tank through ladder;

3. Clean the periphery and bottom of water tank with clean mop or cloth. If the scale is serious at the bottom, it can be scrubbed with soft towel and detergent;

4. Open the water inlet valve and flush the wall and bottom of the barrel with proper amount of clean water, so that the dirt can be discharged from the drain outlet. If necessary, it can be repeated several times until it is satisfactory;

5. Close the drain valve, open the water inlet valve, and fill the water tank with water again.
