2. After the cross joint and outer four sides are aligned, spot weld each weld joint.

3. From the center of the plate seam, there is a fixed point weld every 50 mm.

4. Weld all the butt joints at four sides, and then weld the cross joints. Weld from the center of the plate seam outward. In order to prevent concave convex deformation, the length of one-time welding in the same direction shall not exceed 300 mm. After changing the direction, the corresponding welding method shall be installed until the welding seam is completely welded. Strict operation shall be carried out to prevent deformation.

5. Stand up the bottom plate for kerosene leakage inspection.

6. Place the front of the bottom plate on the chassis, extend the T-joint around the bottom plate and the vertical seam of the bottom plate inward, and weld the plate seam into about 50 mm.

(4) Stainless steel water tank panel

1. According to the requirements of the drawing, the first layer of wall panel shall be erected on the four sides of the bottom plate side in order, and the outer edge shall be aligned. The wall panel joint shall be aligned with the center of the bottom plate joint, and shall be fixed at intervals of 50 mm.

2. After the first layer of wallboard is assembled, the side diagonal and perpendicularity shall be adjusted, and then the second layer and the third layer shall be installed in the same way as the first layer of wallboard, and the folding end seam of the wall panel and the wall panel shall be fixed at an interval of 50 mm.

(5) Assembly and welding of stainless steel water tank tie bar:

1. Adjust the perpendicularity of the wall panel with the vertical line, hang the line to adjust the plate surface, and weld the main tie bar at the cross of the wall panel. The tie bar should be horizontal, and the welding should not be less than the load area of the tie bar to ensure the tensile strength.

2. Spot weld the distribution position of each tie bar in the stainless steel water tank, and measure the internal and external dimensions of the stainless steel water tank to ensure that the four walls are vertical. The joint between the tie bar and the wall panel shall be fully welded. After the diagonal line of the stainless steel water tank is qualified, the cross part of the tie bar shall be firmly welded.

3. All the reinforcing bars shall be welded for 50 mm at the joint with the wall panel, and then the reinforcing bars shall be welded at the root of the wall panel (both sides shall be welded), and the other end shall be firmly welded with the main tie bar, and the tie bars shall be straight.

(6) Integral welding of stainless steel water tank:

1. Welding of the box must be carried out in strict accordance with the welding process (speed, current, gas, flow) to ensure good welding fusion. 2. First weld the flat joint between the wall panel and the bottom plate, and then weld the wall panel weld.

3. When welding the wall plate of the box body, it must be welded on the corresponding side to ensure that the plate surface does not deform.

4. After the whole welding is completed, use kerosene to test the leakage to ensure that there is no leakage after the stainless steel water tank is filled with water.

(7) Kerosene leakage test, pickling passivation and cleaning of stainless steel water tank:

1. Kerosene leakage test shall be conducted strictly for all welds of stainless steel water tank and inlet and outlet of stainless steel water tank to prevent leakage.

2. Coat all welds with pickling passivation paste, clean and rinse with water after 10-20 minutes. The acid residue must be cleaned.

(8) Stainless steel tank top welding:
